Currently, marijuana is classified as the same type of drug as heroin or ecstasy. The Drug Enforcement Agency could change it to the same classification as Tylenol or anabolic steroids.
For decades I’ve been sick and tired of a plant being labeled as a drug 🙄
I have to go to pain management due to so many surgeries and having rods in my back and neck surgery which I need again and it’s horrible living like this but I still cannot even touch that stuff even the legal part I can’t touch it and that’s wrong I’m so tired of this crap

Cannabis should be absolutely just as legal and easy to obtain anywhere as alcohol currently is. In every single state. No exceptions. It’s so easy: As legal and easy to obtain/use as alcohol currently is. Why hold relatively benign, often healing cannabis to any sort of irrational, stricter double standard than perfectly legal alcohol?…..

I worked on one of the first pot initiatives in California around 1975. I recall a story I clipped in my files. A cowboy from Texas got busted for a roach; was doing hard time, and was gang raped and if I recall died. This was decades ago. Died because of a roach. Hence why I went for legalization to empty federal prisons for pot dealers and smokers. My papa sold alcohol and tobacco. That kills millions globally yearly.
