What should the PH range be for compost tea? Also, are you suppose to PH after brew is done (growing in soil)

  14. @aaronirish7841 on December 3, 2023 at 3:17 am

rain water, black strap, epson salts, dandelion, comfrey, borage, clover – mulched in a bucket. trying to use natures best nitrogen fixers and mineral miners. results are impressive. 1/4 of the tric stems are purple, no idea what that means but probably gonna need a seat belt upon take off.

Have you ever tried doing the bottom half of pot in strawberry fields (with 20% perlite), top half ffof, but leave the center dug out of top layer(ffof)and fill that hole with happy frog and peat pellet in center of the happy frog? I do know you said in another video that you have mixed the happy frog and ocean forest with strawberry fields on bottom but I was wondering if they were layers that the plant would have to grow through if it would still be beneficial? What might the differences be if any?

I know this isn’t related to the video really but could you explain why you top dress with Gaia green on week 6, I never understood this and am curious as it takes a week to break down and become available to the plants and then there’s only 1-2 weeks remaining until harvest, does it not matter since it’s organic? Thanks!

  33. @takcaif on December 3, 2023 at 3:38 am

The potassium content in bananas actually changes with their ripeness. Typically, bananas that are less green or have started to ripen with dark spots contain more potassium. So, if you need more potassium, it’s better to choose bananas that are less green and closer to being fully ripe with spots.
    Happy harvest everyone 🙂

Yeah, I still have a bucket of that Mineralize phosphate rock dust from gaia green. I been using it the last couple of grows. I’m going pretty hard with it in flowering.

  36. @dang6234 on December 3, 2023 at 3:39 am

  37. @Eres1984 on December 3, 2023 at 3:42 am

When do you stop giving the girls tea? Obvs the individual plant and situation can affect things, but generally speaking.

  38. @kkrollingskkrollings3173 on December 3, 2023 at 3:48 am

Seed sprout teas are great as well, seeds like corn, barley and mung beans, are loaded with minerals amino acids, enzymes, vitamins, npk as well as cytokinins in the corn and more, I highly recommend I use mung beans during flower because it’s benefits flower most but can use any time. I suggest a goggle search because there’s a ton of info on this. Super beneficial for the plants and it’s super cheap. Seeds are easy to sprout soak in water over night and drain then just fill with water twice a day and immediately drain until you see a tap root at least as long as the seeds very easy I use 56 grams of seeds for 5 gallons of water. Once you get the tap roots toss in blender give a good mix for about a minute then strain water into your bucket of water. The sst are super beneficial I been using them for years I promise you your plants will love it and will 100% help them reach there full genetics potential. Google it check it out for your self there’s lots of info on line and it’s 100% organic. You can use non GMO seeds if you like but not necessary. I often drink some myself and feel great after it’s that good, many people do this for the health benefits but what’s good for use nutrients wise is good for plants.

What temperature do you recommend for brewing teas?

  40. @Brovillion559 on December 3, 2023 at 3:52 am

Give me ten growers in a room and I’ll give you ten ways to grow. All kinds of great suggestions. Start growing and start learning. There are no rules to this.

  42. @treymurphy6398 on December 3, 2023 at 3:55 am

  49. @a.e.4032 on December 3, 2023 at 4:02 am

Be careful with kelp in your teas about midflower bcuz it can herme your lady if you use too much. Heads up.

  50. @MarcelVincent on December 3, 2023 at 4:02 am

i use a few different teas.

    in veg i alternate between

malted barley tea (malted barley can also be top dressed) malted barley contains "chitin" which is very benifical to plants

seed sprout tea – i germinate corn seeds till they shows tap root, then blend in a blender and bubble for 36 hours.

botanical kelp + alphalpha meal tea – this is used to feed.

the barley and seed sprout tea are in plain water.. the botanical tea is bubbled in molasses and worm castings..

i also add humic acid, yucca, freeze dried coconut water, fish hydolisate, silica, epsom salt

the barley and SST are also used in flower alternating… the first week of flower a alphalpha tea is used to help stop stretching.

edit: i also use just a plain worm castings and molasses tea between plain water,, all other teas are once a week (barley, botanica, SST)

i need to find my old note book for specifics.. but if anyone wants any info hit me up,
