Expansion of Texas Medical Marijuana program allows cancer patients and people with PTSD to access medical cannabis with low levels of THC (up to 1%). A license cost $250 for 12 months and at 1% it has no medical use for severe ptsd symptoms. I cannot in go9d faith participate in this unless program. I’ll stick to my own medical cannabis.
