WCCO Reveals Testing Results Of Popular CBD And Delta 8 Products
WCCO tested ten popular products at a lab recommended by the Department of Agriculture in February. The chemist found some discrepancies with what the label said versus what was inside. WCCO’s Jennifer Mayerle learned some types of products are illegal in the state.

These companies are making things harder! They extract the Delta 8 with NASTY chemicals that NOBODY wants to discuss,or even admit! Delta-8 THC is one of over 100 cannabinoids produced naturally by the cannabis/hemp plant but is not found in significant amounts in the cannabis plant. As a result, concentrated amounts of delta-8 THC are typically manufactured from hemp-derived cannabidiol (CBD) through an Isomerization process in the same way that hash oil is derived from the marijuana plant! As long as the "original hemp" cannabis is less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC any byproduct manufactured is legal according to the 2018 Farm Bill no matter what’s it’s final concentration of any form of THC. Read the bill, it’s there in black and white. It’s the source of less than 0.3% THC that it comes from not the final product produced!
