I personally think they are ancient civilizations from earths past that went underground during the great flood/astroid impacts. They most likely originated from another planet in our solar system.I also think they have settlements on the moon, mars, and Venus, they travel back and forth. That is why we see them so much.
I also think they have stealth technology if they didn’t want us to see them we wouldn’t. They just don’t give a fuk because in their minds they are gods and have been worshiped as such since our inception.
