This bill caps the tax at 3% and the tax all goes to SBA to give loans to new cannabis businesses. It also pretty much takes the government out of the equation. The only government oversight is the USDA and will have the same classification as a tomato or cabbage. So, growing it in your back yard would be completely OkAY! This is the bill we need. Not some BS banking bill, which is designed to give the cannabis industry to big tobacco.
