States can’t take away rights guaranteed in the Constitution, but States have been given power to grant more rights. Since New Mexico has "granted" us the right to consume marijuana, the Feds need to get out of here with that and go deal with actual criminals and government tyrants.

It means your friendly neighborhood dispensary is even more your new best friend. 😁

It means righteousness has triumphed over a tyrannical oppressive, robo cop society 😁

It means 420 is your medical release from anxiety and cheating spouses

Marijuana was prohibited to send brown people to jail. The Anglos that were running the country let Karen ass complaints about hard working field workers being “lazy, stinky, weed smokers”, they chose then to go after the numerous Hispanic workers as a easy way to get more brownies in jail. Why generations after you have Hispanic parents and grandparents freaking tf out at weed, because they’ve seen and went through losing family members and having them rot in the justice system or get deported.

Its truly a shame that Tobacco was Americas first cash Crop. Then found out how harmful it is. Marijuana is not nearly as harmful and it is against Federal laws. Yeah America does things Backwards much of the time. If Marijuana was legal at a federal level just think of all the room in Prisons for Real Crimes. MARIJUANA SHOULD JUST BE LEGAL.
