The only time I have recommended a compost tea to a client. is when we are using it as an erosion deterrent on bare land and no plants are on the slope. We do not want the growth burst with native plants..

This question might be more for Sara with her healthcare background but if you’re looking at nutrients how similar is the desire percentages for the plants compare to us? Nicole Masters’s courses show the effects on cattle based on too much and or too little from micronutrients and they correlated. So if we were to get micronutrient blood work done does this fit in the similar ratios? C:Mg (2:1) etc?

Learn something every time I watch you guys. Thank you. Really thinking about jumping in this class. Took and passed the soil food web foundations modules. Burnt out on the CLP microscope 🔬 phase. Needed more guidance under the scope.

Can’t we just mix the minerals into the entire soil volume with a shovel instead of the top 6 inches?
