Patient and Cannabis and schedule three may allow doctors to prescribe and study the effects of cannabis medically however, in some states like Texas schedule three crimes get a mandatory 2 to 99 year sentence so this is a continuation of the drug war

  13. @dreaminez472 on May 8, 2024 at 9:02 am

What a joke the DEA is, and almost the entirety of the federal government. These are the most stupid of our entire species and nobody should take anything they say seriously. Cannabis and psychedelics are already legal in the court of public opinion and that is all that matters.

  14. @peteK70 on May 8, 2024 at 9:06 am

They have been talking about this for years, nothing is going to change ✌️

If they do that means all the recreation shops will shut down. This is because it will only be used under prescription. And by law, we will be treated as one. Goodbye, recreation shop.

So instead a misdemeanor, now if you are caught with pot, it’s felony possession without a valid prescription.

  25. @ktloz2246 on May 8, 2024 at 9:24 am

TIME for this prohibition, based on racism, to END!! That will solve this problem. The problem is CA govt controls every aspect of it, whereby keeping prices HIGH and by doing this it encourages the black markets. It’s a weed so it grows well on just water alone.

  26. @1brooklyn718 on May 8, 2024 at 9:24 am

  32. @juper5052 on May 8, 2024 at 9:29 am

Literally the stock market is just a giant joke. It’s just because they reschedule it to schedule three. Doesn’t mean there’s gonna be any growth in the industry. It’s still trafficking if you do it state by state. no new markets came online. It’s still going to be really hard for bank to back you. What change?😂

  33. @dbelex on May 8, 2024 at 9:30 am

Yup, so the feds can really track it

  34. @Idkkkkffgf on May 8, 2024 at 9:30 am

Weed is still illegal in my state. My question is, will this affect the legal alternatives, especially thc-a after years of different meds. It’s the only thing that helps with my mental condition. Yes, i do qualify for a medical card, but it’s significantly cheaper to buy a few oz’s of shake off the internet than to go medical.

  35. @gbwbordeaux8333 on May 8, 2024 at 9:32 am

    Legalization across the Nation…

  36. @tomg1480 on May 8, 2024 at 9:32 am

It just means the government is going to put their hands I’m sure they’re not rescheduling it for any benefit to anybody else besides themselves, this government sucks and does nothing but pull scams on us innocent Americans. Bottom line is don’t expect this country to do anything good for you that they’re not getting something back in return.
