Air fryers have been around for long enough now that the idea that they’re just another kitchen gadget fad may finally be fading away. It seems as though they’re here to stay, and as such, it’s probably worth getting everything you can out of owning one if you have it taking up space on your kitchen counters.

For all the creative concoctions you can make with one, as well as how to take care of it, watch for what you need to know before using your air fryer again.

    The air fryer cooks food.

  2. @taperecorder3 on March 31, 2024 at 6:56 am

what you are not being told by the propaganda programs 1 you can never throughly clean it, 2 grease from previous cookings will drip and ruin your food, 3 you will burn the outside and the food will be raw on the inside, the best way to use it is as fast as you can take a hammer and smash it to pieces before you throw it away, so nobody else will get a nasty case of food poisoning

I love my air fryer. But do not, I repeat do not try to bake your flour for an oil-less roux. Don’t ask how I know this.

I’ve cut my oven use by 90% since I got an AF. Love it!! Where my toaster oven use to be my AF lives. No problem with counter space. and still have room for my basic toaster.

Air fryers are taking over the Earth 😄

  28. @ilovetotri23 on March 31, 2024 at 7:22 am

I use my air fryer almost as much as my microwave. They each have a place, but the air fryer is so valuable.

  29. @shanadang364 on March 31, 2024 at 7:24 am

It’s become my favourite appliance. We rarely use the oven now. Things just turn out so so perfect in the air-fryer. Actually, you can cook a whole turkey, just buy a bigger fryer and you’ll be set.

  30. @fckSashka on March 31, 2024 at 7:26 am

When frying, you don’t « soak » food in the oil. The heat creates a seal around the food. You can’t even properly fry breaded stuff (like fried chicken) in the Air Fryer. Also, frying at home is way too demonised., it’s really not that much of a hassle. Air Fryers are just ovens, not fryers.

Thank you I am getting married and this will be one of my presents 🎁 from my future Husband Jeff. I asked for an air fryer, instant pot and coffee pit for making different kinds of coffee. He said YES but he will enjoy the benefits

  32. @AgreeWithKT on March 31, 2024 at 7:30 am

People have related air fryers to Cancer cases… Is that true?
    Thoughts please.

  33. @eightynine40 on March 31, 2024 at 7:32 am

When using it to heat/toast light food like bread slices (and sometimes cheese slice on top of it), be careful as the fan is strong enough to tumble the food inside and possibly hitting the hot heating element. Some cheap brands doesn’t have a protective metal mesh to guard the heating element from being hit by the food which can cause the food to burn and possibly a fire hazard.

  34. @OGGood-lb7bd on March 31, 2024 at 7:33 am

you ddont have to use oil you can use Pam just spray it on works just as good

  38. @thrumylens1 on March 31, 2024 at 7:37 am

The residential air fryer was developed in 1980s by French company called Moulinex after the commercial ovens that are convection ovens. I still have mine and it is still working…manufactured in 1980….

  39. @barriewright2857 on March 31, 2024 at 7:38 am

Very good commercial. With no indication that its a commercial ! .

  40. @bentboybbz on March 31, 2024 at 7:39 am

Something I’ve noticed people mess up with air fryers is not making sure air can flow through the bottom of basket. I’ve seen people put aluminum foil in the bottom and say that air fryers do not cook right or that their particular one is poor quality cause their friends works so much better. And jeez my friends clean your air fryer. You know who you are. I’ve seen some HORRIBLY Nasty ones and it smells bad and makes the food taste bad. Personally my favorite thing to make in my air fryer is grilled cheese. It’s just so quick to do, easy to make different ways so its never the same old thing and above all tasty and looks like you know how to cook lol. Is the best thing I ever did for cooking saves time. food tastes great. and you don’t have to worry about what’s cooking in meat and vegetables. I highly recommend. you getting the air fryer especially if you’re a bachelor. Because men do not like to be slaver over a kitchen. because now set the time and temperature and you can be doing other things.
