Where does Texas' medical cannabis program stand?

In the 2021 legislative session, lawmakers expanded the state’s medical cannabis program to include patients with PTSD and all types of cancer as eligible candidates. But since then, advocates say the demand has outgrown the current program’s capabilities.

    Alcohol 8s easily available. Allow us to grow cannabis and buy cannabis like tomatoes. Britney griner gets to smoke but forget about us texans am i right? Legalize cannabis. Fairly tax it. Tax dollars go to Texas police force instead of street dealers and cartel.
