    Thanks for the tip, big bro. Akira34 sells CBD and you can smoke right in the store. Some "0" THC CBD stores have "slightly less than 0". In other words, yes, you can get faded … and there’s very little regulation. I left a few years back and am in a legal state but am still SO HAPPY Japan is finally finding a loophole. They’ll figure their crap out at some point soon.
