Anyone have yellow leaves after using recharge?

  10. @gisforgeezus7408 on June 7, 2024 at 11:42 am

I’m growing my first plant and decided to go hydro. Made the mistake of getting cheap amazon lights but I dumped so much money into a water chiller, airpump, humidifier, nutrients, seeds, etc that I decided to just see how it would go with the lights. I started having trouble with the leaves turning yellow at the tips once I got it up to a full feeding schedule. Luckily after dumping out 1/4 of the water and replacing it with nutrient-free water it did the trick and stopped the yellowing in its tracks. I made the mistake of doing a full feed since I figured that now that the plant is in bloom its probably going to need the extra nutrients, NOPE, got very faint nute burn on maybe half of my bud sights before I did the same thing with the water as before. Luckily that was very easy to identify as the issue. Can’t wait to harvest in a few weeks. All my triches are cloudy, cant wait.

  11. @87Rado on June 7, 2024 at 11:43 am

I’m growing 2 plants from seeds given to me. Both growing organic in Coast of Maine Platinum, watered with 6.3 ph water. They’re at mid flower, one looks very healthy, the other is yellowing but still producing bud. I’ve tried iron and cal mag with very little change.

So my outdoor plants are turning yellow , there are just starting to grow fast, i also just put down 10 10 10 fert. The yellowing started at the tops and is slowly moving downwards.

  18. @TheOnlyKontrol on June 7, 2024 at 11:49 am

In my first run the main issue was was calcium also and since I’m organic I couldn’t just use some cal mag well at least not for me…but I got bat guano and that does the trick plus more.

  19. @tylerlawson87 on June 7, 2024 at 11:49 am

Don’t worry do what you can stay chill and learn to make bubble hash 😂

  21. @beck1710 on June 7, 2024 at 11:51 am

If I sent you a picture of my leaves do you think you could tell me what I’m doing wrong? It’s my first grow

  22. @cannatrinformerly30gramsst31 on June 7, 2024 at 11:51 am

For our local outdoor growers, start by checking ur pH levels. This rain water pH is as high as me, well it’s close too. And that’s too high for plants. 7.2up .

  23. @johnnykush on June 7, 2024 at 11:52 am

I’m on my first run and documenting it on my YouTube. If you ever have the time, feel free to check it out and tell me what you think. Thanks for always bringing us that fire content too! I got rid of one that was dying on me and turns out it still growing in the backyard as I threw out there and surprisingly it picked up and rejuvenated and its wniter here too, crazy how resilient plants are…

  36. @Chris_Diggity on June 7, 2024 at 12:10 pm

    I go by this Guide.

Diagnose carefully before making major changes.

    1) a) If the problem affects only the bottom or middle of the plant go to #2.

    b) If it affects only the top of the plant or the growing tips, skip to #10. If the problem seems to affect the entire plant equally, skip to #6.

    2) a) Leaves are a uniform yellow or light green; leaves die & drop; growth is slow. Leaf margins are not curled-up noticeably. >> Nitrogen (N) deficiency.
    b) If not, go to #3.

    3) a) Margins of the leaves are turned up, and the tips may be twisted. Leaves are yellowing (and may turn brown), but the veins remain somewhat green. >> Magnesium (Mg) deficiency.
    b) If not, go to #4.

    4) a) Leaves are browning or yellowing. Yellow, brown, or necrotic (dead) patches, especially around the edges of the leaf, which may be curled. Plant may be too tall. >> Potassium (K) deficiency.
    b) If not, keep reading

    5) a) Leaves are dark green or red/purple. Stems and petioles may have purple & red on them. Leaves may turn yellow or curl under. Leaf may drop easily. Growth may be slow and
leaves may be small. >> Phosphorous (P) deficiency.
    b) If not, go to #6.

    6) a) Tips of leaves are yellow, brown, or dead. Plant otherwise looks healthy & green. Stems may be soft >> Over-fertilization (especially N), over-watering, damaged roots, or
insufficient soil aeration (use more sand or perlite. Occasionally due to not enough N, P, or K.
    b) If not, go to #7.

    7) a) Leaves are curled under like a ram’s horn, and are dark green, gray,
brown, or gold. >> Over-fertilization (too much N).
    b) If not, go to #8

    8) a) The plant is wilted, even though the soil is moist. >>Over-fertilization, soggy soil, damaged roots, disease; copper deficiency (very unlikely).
    b) If not, go to #9.

    9) a) Plants won’t flower, even though they get 12 hours of darkness for over 2 weeks. >> The night period is not completely dark. Too much nitrogen. Too much pruning or cloning.
    b) If not, go to #10…
    10) a) Leaves are yellow or white, but the veins are mostly green. >> Iron (Fe) deficiency.
    b) If not, #11.

    11) a) Leaves are light green or yellow beginning at the base, while the leaf
margins remain green. Necrotic spots may be between veins. Leaves are not twisted. >> Manganese (Mn) deficiency.
    b) If not, #12.

    12) a) Leaves are twisted. Otherwise, pretty much like #11. >> Zinc (Zn)
    deficiency.
    b) If not, #13

    13) a) Leaves twist, then turn brown or die. >> The lights are too close to the plant. Rarely, a Calcium (Ca) or Boron (B) deficiency.
    b) If not… You may just have a weak plant.

    Hey matt great video fam

  39. @tater6061 on June 7, 2024 at 12:16 pm

What about chronic overwatering?? Watering too frequently, CAN, and WILL mess up your plants, faster, than anything else… Water till saturated, and wait till dry. Just sayin’

  40. @derrickgraham3180 on June 7, 2024 at 12:16 pm

In soil ph 6.5 runoff is 5.5 yellowing leaves kind of everywhere. Started week 3 flower. I’m using tap water.
All my other plant look good.

  41. @TNBNaturals on June 7, 2024 at 12:17 pm

We really hope you submit some sponsorship videos. Would love to add you to the team IcanTHC

  42. @timturk1899 on June 7, 2024 at 12:17 pm

I was growing Gelato #33 and the upper, younger leaves were yellowing, slowly moving down the plant. I actually googled "problems growing Gelato #33", and found immediate links to this problem.
It was known for having problems with Potassium deficiency, I believe along with Sulphur deficiencies. A Potassium Sulfate product really helped, but she was halfway through Flower and never produced much. Terps and effects were far less than desired!
But it sure was a learning experience!👍💯✌️

  43. @darkallyrecordings4931 on June 7, 2024 at 12:20 pm

My grow is going great! I just started one of the autos I got in my gold box. I got Wicket autos! Cotton Candy Cane Photos!

  44. @Madness71 on June 7, 2024 at 12:20 pm

I’m on my 6th run and have never had any deficiencies , a foliar spray of calmag every now and then , a good blend of coco, soil, perlite, castings and compost from food scraps, occasional nute feed with Advanced nutrients and I’m always trouble free

  45. @Danimallistick on June 7, 2024 at 12:21 pm

As always great insightful content! I’m curious to know if you have any advice on flowering plants that suddenly turn to hermaphrodites? My last run I had a plant that looked very healthy almost 4 weeks into flower. Them suddenly it developed pollen sacks beneath the flower.
