Clone to clone was the way I used to do it. But these 10 week strains can make it tough to keep them small enough to flower in tent.

Now I do mothers and take larger clones for aerocloner, around week 3/4 of flower so they are ready to go for the next run.

Most mothers sit outside the tent (gorilla lite 4×4 with both doors wide open) still getting enough light.
But I’m getting rid of the tent and hanging my light from the ceiling and turning it into a veg room for more mothers, thinking 6 in total, plus all clones, etc .🤙🍻💨

No but breeders will be cavemen compared to labs making for less old world breeders in existence. Did we find them all yet to just be happy with getting cultures instead of seeds.. Or do we keep going until maybe the plant goes through a evolution where it produces berries full of thc ready to eat berries and flowers to smoke traditionally. I’m sure home growers can easily grow tc plants. It’s probably as simple as having a tube holder with veg formula agar under a light. Then you clip the clone. It’s simple as that. or you can keep the tc dormant until transferred to grow culture tubes.

Most facilities use the process of tissue culture to clone, very few use it for multiplication

  5. @jasonbriggs8150 on January 15, 2024 at 5:21 am

Anyone want to donate seeds I’d be happy with anything

  6. @sunnyinbectopiad2g2c63 on January 15, 2024 at 5:23 am

Mannn If there’s a waiting list on the buckets that means I’m probably not getting my free one?

guru who? Liking the new crew!!

  8. @Just___me_ on January 15, 2024 at 5:24 am

Once you get set up and learn how, 6:04 tissue culture is easy. If your doing it because you don’t have the room for mother plants, unless you are large scale growing with lots of different varieties you won’t be saving space. The space required for the tissue culures is probably more than you would need for a mother tent.

Clarification- plant survived overnight low of 28-29degrees. Covered

  11. @theressomelovelyfilthdownh4329 on January 15, 2024 at 5:26 am

It was always dead. Normal people call them cuttings, or slips. You may as well refer to grafting fruit trees as gene splicing… Just another example of cannabis growers over complicating something, without any actual horticultural knowledge.

Nobody who works in horticulture uses the term clones for vegetative propagation.

  14. @7munkee on January 15, 2024 at 5:29 am

I have 2 clones that I took at week 5 flower. They were ugly AF, but they rooted and revegged nicely.

  15. @Inspiration-Today-2020 on January 15, 2024 at 5:31 am

This is easy if you are an experienced Mycologist. Not to say anyone can’t do it, but alot of that equipment we have on hand already. 😉

  16. @jamesmercer5761 on January 15, 2024 at 5:32 am

I like to pick my mother plant during the winter take clones off her until I can plant her outside during the spring then I turn her into a MILF “Mother I’d Like To Flower” 🪴

    Paloma is all I need

  18. @devinej8411 on January 15, 2024 at 5:35 am

For moms just take your clones keep them small in a solo cup or similar then take cuts off before flower I ran a blue widow for 2yrs straight and would purposely stunt the growth yet keep them healthy works great for me

  28. @EricReality on January 15, 2024 at 5:48 am

What’s a wizzanator? I have random drug tests because I’m a driver. I get the winters off and can smoke then because it’s seasonal paving. I wouldn’t smoke when I was driving but want to when I’m home after work.

  29. @SmokesalotOGs on January 15, 2024 at 5:48 am

  32. @NOne-yt1tj on January 15, 2024 at 5:51 am

TC has been around in the aquatic plant hobby for a while now. You can go into many aquarium shops and buy TC plants off the shelf, go home, plant them in your aquarium and grow them out.

  33. @bryannakvinda8411 on January 15, 2024 at 5:52 am

The flying car company says they already have $750 million in pre-orders secured! 😯

  35. @legion2k988 on January 15, 2024 at 5:54 am

My friend Bill has been pushing this for 15 years now. It’s good stuff.. but not easy to do. Not everyone can have a clean area for is. But, long term mother protection is what it’s for. No pest, no disease, no fungi. Complete protected.. IF done right.

  36. @aggamemnon666 on January 15, 2024 at 5:55 am

    Spoiler alert.
Don’t work where you consent to be tested. Cannabis illegal?
    Abortion medication?
    Etc.
    JUST SAY NO!

  37. @collinbrady7776 on January 15, 2024 at 5:56 am

wtf is special about his pots compared to a regular pot?

  38. @Ivysherbs on January 15, 2024 at 5:58 am

I love a varied dude. I am always growing a different type I love poppin seeds. I always have a haze of some type going but otherwise fair game for anything

  39. @Pete-Pot on January 15, 2024 at 5:59 am

  40. @sunnyinbectopiad2g2c63 on January 15, 2024 at 6:00 am

The king of queens is not cheesy at all! Wash your mouth out with soap

  41. @jcmusc on January 15, 2024 at 6:00 am

I was given 2 bubble gum photo seeds. Grew them both out and it was like 2 completely different cultivars. One tastes fruity and like bubblicious gum and the other tastes like fresh garlic knots with cheese and herbs sprinkled on top. It literally smells like a pizzeria that’s been baking garlic knots all day. I wish I could have tissue cultured that or took a clone…..I let the 🦄 get away

  42. @johnnyhash2468 on January 15, 2024 at 6:00 am

30 amp needs 12 gauge wire 20 or less 14 gauge

  43. @mgr5309 on January 15, 2024 at 6:00 am

easier to manage the mother’s roots because the roots would not grow.
Adding trace amounts of zinc to the soil will promote cell division,

And if you’ve added iron, you’re more likely to induce manganese deficiency.

resulting in smaller but more lateral and shorter nodes.

  44. @jamesmercer5761 on January 15, 2024 at 6:02 am

Here’s a great cannabis content creator I’d love to see on the show @PotsquatchGrowers dude is awesome with a lot of great knowledge

  45. @Your_Mailman_Grows_7121 on January 15, 2024 at 6:02 am

I feed all my clones, teens, and mothers off the same rez, at 1.1-1.2EC (550-600ppm on 500 scale)🤷‍♂️

  46. @SmokesalotOGs on January 15, 2024 at 6:04 am

    That’s life changing stuff grambo

  47. @nikolasschulz1150 on January 15, 2024 at 6:07 am

if you found the perfect pheno isnt it the best option, to make it pollinate it self with collodial silver ? you have like 500 seeds from 1 small plant which are almost similar.

  48. @Blazing1now on January 15, 2024 at 6:08 am

Genotyping is fantastic. I know a breeder who have been spending thousands to find the real "diesel" in their geno/pheno-hunt. This would eliminate the hunt. You always get the real deal. This would ensure your working with genuine solid genetics. You clone them after that, and keep a culture for insurance. There are companies that have been keeping thousands of cultures, thousands of strains. They are part of large scale grow operations and the cultures are not for sale to the public.. yet! Soon you will be able go to a lab and pic up your culture. For breeders and growers it is absolutely a gold mine, the future!
