It’s good to see how great Judge, but also sad for King, we can see his anger after his last pitch and that’s make my heart broken 💔 Get well soon, King. Comeback stronger 💙

Yankees held on FTW but lost an important arm. Very bittersweet.

  18. JUSTIN JERSEY on July 23, 2022 at 4:54 pm

King was horrible since game 1 of the DH last night. Kinda explains why we got hurt. Tough break to lose him but still.

  30. HOLDEN MCGROIN on July 23, 2022 at 5:13 pm

Karma got the Yankees back. You hit Chris sale and now you lose king. Look how Yankee fans are crapping in their pants.

  31. The Law of Divine Oneness on July 23, 2022 at 5:15 pm

Aaron Judge is carrying the team on his back as usual. Those of you Yankee fans who don’t want to sign him because he’s 30 years old are OUT OF YOUR MINDS. This guy is one of the best players in baseball and has been underpaid for years. So if he doesn’t perform as well at the end of an 8 year deal….so what? Cashman gave guys like Jacoby Ellsbury a huge deal so why not pay a guy like Judge who is a homegrown Yankee, the face of the franchise, Captain material, might hit 60 homeruns this year and is a class act on and off the field? *ALLRISE*

  32. Festus Aniemeka on July 23, 2022 at 5:15 pm

    Can’t beat Houston tho

  33. michael minarik on July 23, 2022 at 5:17 pm

CHapman is HORRIBLE!! stop using him, Boone!!

  34. Dave Wagner on July 23, 2022 at 5:17 pm

I’m confused… they’re playing in Baltimore, right? The crowd cheered for the Yankees twice as loud as for the O’s…. what’s up with that? That can’t be cool for the home team, eh?

  35. Bazooka Joe on July 23, 2022 at 5:18 pm

Losing Michael King is harsh. He was the bridge to Clay Holmes and really coming into his own as an elite level relief pitcher. He’ll probably opt for Tommy John surgery like Green did, which means he won’t be around for the 2023 season. Makes all the sense in the world to grab former yankee David Robertson. Hes proving he can play in New York and is still very effective pitcher. On the flipside, they need to cut ties with Chapman. He has no confidence in his fastball and is just tossing potatoes over the plate. German will be ok, hes just getting back into gameplay condition and will be a valuable asset out of the pen. Gallo is looking like he may have found his rhythm. A homer and walk. When he walks, hes seeing the ball well, which is a great sign. I still have confidence he can turn things around. Judge is just an absolute beast at the plate. Cashman needs to give him what he wants or settle on something close. Seven years, $300,000,000 is well worth his bat, glove and leadership. Donaldson is raking and playing like his MVP season. Good way to bounce back from that horrible 2 game sweep against the Astros. Stay locked in bombers. Homefield advantage is critical.

  36. TheDCGuitar13 on July 23, 2022 at 5:18 pm

This is really starting to become a serious rivalry again. Everytime they play it’s been a nail biter

  37. Kolasom on July 23, 2022 at 5:19 pm

  46. J V on July 23, 2022 at 5:23 pm

    Chapman is so bad….

  47. Daniel Huntington on July 23, 2022 at 5:25 pm

Year after year led by Aaron Boone the Yankees pile up injury after injury…have to wonder what type of training regime they have implemented.🤔🤔 For the most part a very good manager but has never been able to maintain his best team on the field!…and that’s a big part of the game over 162💪💪

  48. JOSE ROBERTO JAVIER MARTE on July 23, 2022 at 5:25 pm

    Go yankees

  49. Johnny Cotton on July 23, 2022 at 5:25 pm

I tell you, Yankee fans? That Mariano Rivera guy had better watch out, ’cause Chapman is coming for his records! 🧐🧐

  50. Shroud Codes. com on July 23, 2022 at 5:25 pm

Chapman’s lousy slider is so hitable as it does not have a sharp, hard, fast break, it is as if his slider is riding on it’s own layer of humidity, slowing it down enough for the eyes of the hitters to see it and slam it. Chapman has a high school grade slider at best. His worst pitch. The problem is, he only has one other pitch, his fastball, which he’s been living off since the beginning. He might as well stick with that one pitch. He can’t get anyone out with his excuse of a slider. No batters are fooled by it.

Just goes to show you, Chad Greene was the real ace of the bullpen, not Chapman. Green was the glue that held the bullpen together. He made Chapman look good because he did such a good job protecting leads and holding up the fort for Chapman to come in and get a few outs. But now that Chad’s season is over because of arm surgery, there is a huge hole in the Yankee bullpen and everyone in the Yankee organization knows it.
